Body centered therapies, such as Yoga, have gained momentum in the therapeutic community. Yoga is widely used in eating disorders and co-occurring disorders treatment, including substance use, in a variety of treatment settings. Didactic and hands on experientials focusing on Yoga therapy assessment, treatment plan, and implementation of yoga treatment plan. Learn how to lead Yoga therapy groups and individual sessions for a variety of populations and needs within these diagnoses categories, while supporting the process of change and transformation in a multidisciplinary setting or private practice. Open to practitioners who have completed the initial workshop in Mindfulness-Based Yoga Therapy through Core Learning, Inc.
