way we communicate around those ideas influences relationships and teams in
organizations. Conflict doesn't need to be an intimidating word. This highly
interactive training will explore the two types of conflict and self-reflect on
your approach to conflict. Through work in pairs and small groups you will
explore strategies to move challenging conversations into rewarding
conversations.
