Chronic pain is the number one cause of long term-disability in the
United States with about 1.5 billion people suffering worldwide. While Medicine
like narcotics are often used to manage the pain, they are not a long term
solution and can have many side effects, including addiction. Sufferers are
starting to look at other techniques to manage their chronic pain, including
Chiropractic, Massage, Diet, Stretching and Exercise. In this class you will be
hearing from Emma Lockwod, DC and Christina Coxon-Floyd, DC on Chronic pain and
how Chiropractic helps with the cause of chronic pain.
