Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) has been used with some of the more challenging clients, and there is a bit of mystique around its application.  What is it? Am I qualified to use it? How do I use it? Can I mess up by using it? might be some of the questions that arise for you, (I'll admit they've raised for me!). In this workshop we will attempt to answer to answer some of those questions and more.
